1. Acceptance
By accessing tbbcci.org, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms may apply to memberships, event registrations, sponsorships, payments, directory listings, or other services when those services are connected.
2. Website information
The site provides general information about the Chamber, its mission, programs, membership, events, leaders, partners, and business resources. Content is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Program details, dates, availability, eligibility, pricing, and benefits may change; confirm material details with the Chamber before relying on them.
Some forms and listings are demonstration interfaces pending connection to approved delivery systems. An on-screen design interaction alone does not create a membership, registration, contract, payment, or other transaction.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with site operation or security; introduce malware; scrape or harvest personal information; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; infringe another person's rights; or use the site to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading material.
4. Chamber content and user submissions
Unless otherwise stated, the site's design, text, graphics, logos, and other Chamber content are owned by or licensed to the Chamber and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links for personal or legitimate business purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, sell, or create derivative works from protected content without permission.
If you submit material for a directory, event, spotlight, testimonial, or similar feature, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Any permission to publish or edit that material should be documented through the applicable submission process before publication.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to members, partners, social networks, event platforms, payment processors, and other third parties. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean the Chamber endorses every product, statement, or practice on the destination site.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Chamber does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Chamber is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website content or by third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes, Florida law, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Questions may be directed through the available channel on the Contact page.
